Joseph Cruise receives the first Brockton Community School Basketball League DJ Henry Dream Fund award.  “The DJ Henry Award recognizes a participant in the Brockton Community School Basketball League who best exemplifies good sportsmanship, character and a love of the game” said Kathy Smith, Director of Community Schools

The league is run by George Louis, Supervisor of Brockton Community School Basketball and the DJ Dream Fund provided scholarships that allowed eleven children to participate, along side of Joseph Cruise and others, this year.

“Sportsmanship is a big part of the game and we are proud of Joseph Cruise for winning the first DJ Henry award.  We are also pleased to have helped eleven children participate in the league on various teams and at various age levels” Said Angella Henry, Co founder of the DJ Dream Fund.
