Whistleblower Policy 2025

At the DJ Henry Dream Fund, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability. We encourage all employees, volunteers, board members, partners, and stakeholders to report any suspected unethical behavior, financial misconduct, or violations of law or policy without fear of retaliation. Reporting Misconduct Any individual who becomes aware of fraudulent activity, abuse of funds, discrimination, harassment, conflicts of interest, or any other wrongdoing is urged to report their concerns.

Protection Against Retaliation The DJ Henry Dream Fund strictly prohibits retaliation against whistleblowers who report concerns in good faith. Any form of harassment, intimidation, or adverse action against a whistleblower will result in disciplinary measures, up to and including removal from the organization. Investigation & Resolution All reports will be promptly and thoroughly investigated with discretion and fairness.
